So I've had quite a few of the Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones and sadly, I've only liked one so far. Mac & Cheese! lol Even it wasn't amazing but I at least semi enjoyed eating it. The rest I was pretty disappointed with. I still have a couple left to try. Hopefully they are good!
I really need to drop this weight so I can win money doing DietBet! I did the Drills to Make You Sweat class again yesterday. And made myself get to the gym today and ran/power walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I'm hoping to go to the gym after that. Not that anyone cares.. but at this appt, I'm hoping to start a different kind of birth control. I'm so tired of taking the pill. I've taken it off and on since I was 16 and consistently since I was 19. So that's going on 5 years. I'm just getting lazier with it and we all know that doesn't make it very effective! I'm thinking about trying the Depo shot again. Or something else. I don't know. I'll talk to the doc tomorrow and we'll see!
I've decided I need to chill out on the weekends. I make weekends basically a free for all and eat pretty much whatever I want. I think that cheat days are important, but I need to AT LEAST limit it to one day a week, not three. We are planning on having a girls night in on Saturday. I'm excited to catch up with all my lady friends. I just hope we can limit our calorie intake. lol Quite a few of us are on this weight loss journey together so at least we all understand. Well, I should probably get back to work. Hopefully this is my last week working evenings. It's not bad, but I definitely wouldn't want to do it all the time. I don't get to see Phil at all until the weekend. By the time I get home, he's already in bed. And I leave in the afternoon before he gets home from work. That part of it stinks, but for two weeks, it was good to get a break from each other. Anyway, like I said, back to work!
