I have officially lost a pound! When I stepped on the scale today, it actually read 177.4, but I tend to weigh myself multiple times throughout the week and until it tells me 177 a couple more times, I don't believe it. lol I make sure that it stays at that weight consistently before I log it. I know you aren't supposed to weigh yourself more than once a week and twice a week is even better. But for me, I need to. I understand that your weight fluctuates(exactly why I didn't log myself as 177 immediately). I need to weigh myself usually every day just to keep myself motivated. If I'm not stepping on the scale, I'm not concerned with my weight. That causes me to forget everything, eat what I want and gain it all back. The scale just keeps me in check. It makes me realize that my long cheat weekend was a bad decision. Long story short, I think it's safe to say that I am now 178 lbs! And I'm excited to go to the doctor and get weighed. The last time I went, I weighed 197lbs. They told me I was prehypertensive(almost had high blood pressure) and I left feeling really fat and depressed. I'm still not in the healthy zone yet(That's another milestone that I am excited for! I think I'm about 15lbs away from that), but I can confidently say that "Yes, I do exercise regularly and I am eating better than I used to." So yippee!
