175 lbs.

So I got down to a pretty solid 173 lbs. until the weekend hit. I had been depriving myself of bad food all week that I went crazy over the weekend. Then, we had a St. Pats party at our house on Sunday, because the weather was crappy.. which resulted in a hangover on Monday.. which caused me to eat Jack n the Box. lol. And later on in the day on Monday, I was just starving and snacking on everything in sight. No I'm back up somewhere between 175-177! Grrr... So I worked out yesterday with Jenny. I have been running a mile on the treadmill lately. The fastest time I've gotten so far was 9:40. I plan to try to alternate between fast times and distance. I really suck at running so 9:40 on a treadmill with no incline is a huge accomplishment for me. After the 1 mile run, we went to Zumba. I had gone to this instructor before. I don't like her. Her accent is so heavy that I can't understand what she's saying, and her dances and music just aren't my favorite. When I am not feeling the dance or music, I don't get a very good workout in. I was lucky if I burned 400 calories in that hour.
 
I wish there were more hours in a day. I would work out for 2 hours every day if I had the time. I'm lucky if I can squeeze in a 1 hour workout and a shower either before or after work. That only leaves me with a couple more hours to spare where I'm either eating or sleeping. Boo! haha Tonight, Ashley and I are supposed to work out around 8pm. Hopefully Jenny will get done with volleyball in time to join us as well. Phil and I are leaving for Memphis on Friday. We come home on Sunday. I won't be able to work out, but hopefully I can at least not eat TOO bad and recover from the mess I created last week. Dietbet ends soon and I can't afford to lose my $20!
