I may weigh 174lbs right now, but I'm going to wait until the weekend passes to really log it, because it's possibly things may change after my cheat weekend. So I haven't worked out too crazy this week. Just had a lot of things going on at work. I did get a good workout in on Wednesday with Ashley. I'm still feeling that one a little bit. I still stuck to my calorie limits this entire week though. This weekend... let's just say I'm excited to chow down on some nasty food. St. Patrick's Day is Sunday and we are going to Dogtown. While Phil and everyone else is looking forward to getting drunk, I'm looking forward to eating crap. When I'm trying to be healthy and lose weight, I find myself preferring to use my calories on bad food rather than alcohol. I consider this to be a good thing, because I used to love to drink. I'm glad I've gotten over that phase considering addiction runs in my family. So I plan on eating burgers and fries and hot dogs and I don't know what else this weekend. I plan on making myself go to Zumba tomorrow to at least try to make up for the damage I'm about to do. I won't make it to Zumba on Sunday because of the parade. I'm at work right now and really just can't wait to be off in an hour. My mind has totally checked out for the weekend already. Hopefully when I weigh in on Sunday or Monday, the scale is nice to me! Only 2 more pounds to go until I reach my DietBet goal!
